At Rata Recruitment, we understand that working within technical industries often presents challenging work environments for staff and contractors.  Therefore, we place the health and safety of contractors and candidates at the centre of our service to clients.

Communication is key to preparing our contractors and candidates for site-visits and onboarding.  Not only do we identify and assess potential risks, we create compliant and safe solutions to minimise and eliminate risk.  We also ensure all contractors have access to a 24-hour helpline so that there is always someone available to assist as required.
